34 on Cod is a very spacious, comfortable house with beautiful sea views.  The house is centred around a large open plan kitchen well equipped with a large indoor braai, lots of fridge space, large gas stove, loads of prep space and a separate scullery.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the top floor.  Each bedroom can either be made as one king bed or two single beds.   The sixth bedroom with en-suite bathroom is in the flatlet outside the main house. 

There are two comfortable lounges both with TVs.  There is a double garage and plenty of parking space.

The outdoor area lends itself to the perfect family holiday - Pool, outdoor braai, patio and a beautiful view of the sea.

This house is perfect for fishermen as it is close to the Ski boat Club and there is plenty of room to park a boat with a wash bay to wash the boat and the day's catch.
